This morning, Sam jumped out of bed, and opened the bedroom door for us. So, gladly Elway and I run out of the room to play. This morning we were practicing our Charlie’s Angles moves, and you’ll never guess what happened. We got caught! We jump around the bedroom door, and Mandy is already out of bed! I cannot believe she was awake, but thankfully she did not have a camera. If she could have taken our picture in that ridiculous pose, I would hide in the closet and never come out. But now, I am sure Mandy is waiting to take that picture.
We practice our fight moves regularly. It is part of my plan to scare away villains. The toys that everyone gives us are really used to help hone our fighting skills. Mandy has no idea, or she would not let us play with them. She thinks we are being “cute kitties.” Bleh. Sometimes Elway forgets and actually plays. He has amazing jumping moves. But when he’s playing, he is rough. Hooligan Cat.
Elway has been standing guard in New Home. I do not understand why we were brought here. There must be danger lurking around every corner. Why last night, I was in pursuit of a nasty invader. He was going to bother Mandy while she was making noise on the new noise maker. She will not let us near the new toy. Dumb thing. Anyway, I was able to alert Mandy to danger, and Sam killed the invader. My brave instinct kept everyone safe. Elway stands guard of the bedroom at night, and the shower room when they are washing. We need to make sure that no invaders bother Mandy. Once we have earned her trust it will be easy to rule New Home, just as we did Old Home.
Well, it is time to make my rounds again.
Peyton.
