It’s Friday and that can only mean one thing! Weekend's coming! I love weekends because Sam and Mandy normally stay home with us all day on Saturday! It’s great!
Mandy is still bringing boxes in from the Room that Eats Cars. Yesterday I snuck out there when Mandy wasn’t looking and was able to explore. I got a little scared and but it was sure cool! Boy is that place a mess! There are empty boxes everywhere! And then there are more full boxes! Wow Mandy! Get to work! I need my house clean! Clean Mandy, Clean!
There are not many things that Mandy does that annoy me, but I have to tell you about one. She puts us in harness and “walks” us. HELLO?! We’re cats! But she says I do a really good job on Leash. She takes me to the mailbox and then lets me walk home. It’s pretty scary here at New Home, because there are always people outside, and last time, there was a little creature across the street that barked at me. I turned around to look at it, and I was twice its size. I glared and that annoying little creature and it went running into the garage! Don’t mess with me pip-squeak! I’m tough! MEOW! I could eat you for lunch!
Then last night, Mandy finally found the nail clippers and trimmed our nails! I hate this, but you have to understand that we get lots of treats for letting Mandy cut our nails. Right now she has turkey treats! These are finger-licking good! Meow-lishes! When Mandy is done giving me treats, I lick her fingers off, and last night they were so good I licked the bag!!! Turkey treats are my favorite! Turkey Turkey-Yum!
Then, Mandy asks Sam to move furniture around. They moved it around and around! We just got here guys! Leave it alone! I liked it the way it was. Needless to say, everything looks different. I don’t like it. They will put it back the way I want…just wait and see.
I see that Peyton finally came out of hiding to blog! It’s about time! I do have a funny story about Peyton! This morning, Mandy and I were playing on the computer, and Mandy was drinking that coffee stuff again. All of a sudden we hear claw scratching noises, a huge thud and Peyton meowing! Mandy looks and me, and turns around to see Peyton coming down the stairs! HAHAHA! You see, there is a cat-walk on top of the wall that is next to the stairs. The catwalk goes all the way to the top of the stairs. I get on it by running to the top of the stairs and jumping on the flat part of the cat walk. (We have to do this when Mandy isn’t looking because she doesn’t like it. Then I start trying to walk down the slanted wall. I have to be honest; whoever built this cat walk thought we could walk on our heads. It’s steep. I’ve only made it down a few steps. Peyton must not have made it far! Mandy tried to love Peyton to make sure he was ok, but I think his pride was hurt. Haha. Don’t tell him I laughed.

Poor Payton. I hope he feels better soon. Elway, I am glad that you scared the dog...you show him who's boss!
