Crazy Cleaning People

I might have mentioned in the past that Mandy and Sam are kind of neat freaks. I don’t mind so much, because I much prefer for things to be in order—that way I can always find my toys. But today they must have gone crazy! Sam went to the garage to work on something, and Mandy went out back by the big tub and started moving everything around. I thought things were fine out there, but apparently they weren’t good enough for these crazy people.

After Mandy finished moving stuff around, Sam came in the side door by the big tub dragging this huge machine! Peyton and I rushed inside, because this huge machine was rather scary looking! We watched what was going to happen from the safety of the inside windows. Sam hooked up the hose to the machine and then he pulled a cord and the machine roared to life!

The machine had this huge arm type thing that Sam held on too and it squirted water out of it! Well, Sam sprayed water on the ground and dirt went flying everywhere! After a few minutes, Mandy took over, and continued to send dirt flying in every direction. That water must have been really powerful, because at one time, Mandy accidently fired the water into the pool and it was like a bomb erupting! Water went flying everywhere!

Mandy worked with the loud machine for a while, but eventually she called Sam and he turned it off. She cleaned a few sections of the patio with that machine and they are all white and sparkly! She on the other hand was covered in dirt from head to toe. I had no idea there was that much dirt out there! I was appalled that Mandy and Sam allowed Peyton and I to play outside with so much dirt! Can you imagine how much dirt we must drag into the house? I am glad these clean freaks are finally getting around to cleaning the outside. It’s about time!

Oh, I have more exciting news! This morning, before all of these shenanigans started, I found a long skinny worm outside! I brought him in the house but Sam chased me down and took the worm from me. I was looking forward to playing with him. Next time I’ll keep my prisoner outside longer.
