Life goes on just like normal this week. Mandy has not pulled any stunts so this week has progressed without anything worthwhile to report. Our outside patrol is non-existent, much to Mandy’s dismay. She has tried to coax us outside, but without much success. Last night we fell for the open door trick, but as soon as we were outside Mandy closed the door while she cooked dinner. Peyton cried until Mandy was afraid the neighbors would hear and she let us in.
Earlier this week, Sam cooked a new fish outside. Once it was finished I sat right next to Mandy with my front paws on her leg begging to try a bite. Eventually she gave me a taste and that fish was delicious! She said it was called swordfish. What a funny name for a fish! Meow!
I was discovered in the bathroom window this morning. Mandy found me and was dismayed by my location. I have a feeling that the War of the Window might start up again. I’ll keep you posted if it does start up again.
